                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 
                   RELATIVE TO ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 
                   REHABILITATION OF WALNUT STREET BRIDGE BY 
                   A.G. LICHTENSTEIN & ASSOCIATES, INC., TO 
                   INCREASE THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF 
                   FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED THIRTY AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($54,630.00) FOR A REVISED 
                   CONTRACT AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT 
                   THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($658,381.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       Change Order No. 3, relative to engineering services for the 
       rehabilitation of Walnut Street Bridge by A. G. Lichtenstein & 
       Associates, Inc., to increase the contract in the amount of 
       $54,630.00 for a revised contract amount of $658,381.00.
